Valuable beyond measure

The process I’ve undertaken with Michael has proven to be valuable beyond measure. Everyday I experience more and more positive benefits from this process. It’s enabled me to identify areas in my thought processes that are limiting. My ability to recognize actions that are ineffectual has improved dramatically and as a result I am making different choices. I am making choices that are empowering to myself and others. Those choices are resulting in greater and more effective action, improved ability and greater confidence. It’s enabled me to respond more effectively and confidently in all my interactions.

If you let go, there will be growth and learning

Michael is wonderful! The work we did together was very positive for my business and my personal life. The tactics used are a bit unconventional but, if you let go, there will be growth and learning. My words can’t express my gratitude for Michael!

Michael=Results!

Working with Michael is like having an ace in your cap. He is smart, supportive and laser focused. He helped me take my business to the next level numerous times. I have also had the pleasure of working with him as a business partner through a referred high-level client. I highly recommend him if you are ready for positive change. Michael=Results!

A wonderfully positive impact

Dear Michael, Thank you for all of your help. You’ve really got me thinking about my business and my life in a different way. I just wanted you to know what a wonderfully positive impact you’ve had on me. With much thanks.

Precisely what I was looking for

Michael, I just wanted to take a quiet moment to say how much I am enjoying our work together. This facilitated discussion and guidance, and the progress I’m experiencing as a result, even in such a short period of time, is precisely what I was looking for. Thank you so much.

Increased my income by 40%

Working with Michael allowed me to focus my energies on effective ways of moving forward with my business and clear out ineffective and outdated aspects. I no longer stress or worry, so my work is more effective and efficient. By using my time more efficiently, I seem to have more time and get more done. I have decreased my costs and increased my income by 40%. We are continuing to work together to build my business in line with my personal and financial goals. Michael is a valuable asset for my business success. I highly recommend his services to any business or business owner.

The results are clearly visible

When I became the manager of Automation Engineering in the Berkeley site I immediately realized that my team had great resources, but they had never worked together as a team. It was not in my original plan, nor in my skill set, but I immediately realized the huge opportunities that we could achieve and I needed help. Your support in developing the team was crucial and the results are clearly visible in a large number of projects and technical improvements we are implementing with increased energy and enthusiasm. Major multimillion projects have been successfully completed and the interaction with our internal customers has been greatly improved. By starting with the activities you initiated, these easily lead to the development of the Automation Strategy for our site. Now, after 2 years, the momentum is still there and the team is implementing the strategy they developed and achieving the results to the satisfaction of our internal customers. I also thank you for the specific support you provided to some of the team members to improve communication and customer interaction. Our results can be described more technically because we are automation engineers, but I hope I made clear the great leverage you provided to all the team. Thank you.

Michael is compassionate and committed

In the six months since I started working with Michael, I have found greater balance and success in every area of my life. After years of struggling to create a viable business in the arts, in a very short time I have experienced dramatic changes in the way I approach my work, my clients and my finances. Not only is my income now finally increasing, I am also seeing self-imposed limitations, long-held fears and creative roadblocks melt away one by one, leaving a pathway open for clear, positive choices for my business and my life. I have met with business consultants, taken classes, read books, and gathered advice from people from every corner of the business world, but never really understood how to integrate and apply all those gathered principles to my own creative business. Michael brings all of those important elements together with a critical difference: rather than simply giving advice, he engages fully in following each challenge to its root and helps me to understand what features of my own thinking are standing between me and my goals. Once achieved, the change in comprehension is permanent- and the rest is just regular hard work! Michael is compassionate and committed and has an extraordinarily deep understanding of human emotion and motivation. I feel fortunate to have such a strong and capable ally as I move onward and upward in my work and life.

A gift for helping to affect positive change

I have attended workshops and worked with other coaches, but I have seen more positive results working with you over the last few months than I have seen with any other modality. And the best part is that when we work on one area of my life, I see changes in other areas automatically. You have a gift for helping to affect positive change. Thank you.

Michael was able to create sacred space

A series of synchronicities led me to meeting Michael. After learning about his background and areas of expertise I was intrigued at the opportunity to experience a session. Michael was able to create sacred space and through a process of inquiry help me to not only distinguish but shift a system of beliefs that has been halting my progress. I am looking forward to our continued work together and exploring the option of his apprentice program.

10 years of talk therapy in 2 hours

I heard about Michael from a referral and am so thankful to have connected with him. Over the past year, we have worked in one-on-one sessions and I have also attended a workshop, with my husband. Michael has an ability to gently connect with current life struggles and talk through potential causes and “broken thought patterns” that keep issues coming up. I have had numerous break through moments, a few unexpected tears and a lot of laughs. I also learned about his approach and process in a workshop, which I highly recommend. You learn more about the “Loving Presence” process, which combines a wealth of learning from Michael’s experience and training. I would recommend Michael and his workshops to any friend or family interested in healing past trauma or breaking free from habits. I have told him many times that I feel like I went through 10 years of talk therapy in 2 hours. What a time saver! Thank you!

You really feel like a miracle worker

Dear Michael, I’ve been meaning to write and thank you. Your help was so effective and everything is going so well! I’ve been in two shows at the gallery where I work, I’ve just been accepted into another show in another gallery, and I’m applying to more things as well as working with a branding/graphic design person on my business materials. Even more importantly, I’m way more positive with myself, my trajectory and other people. I’m so excited and energized and none of that would have happened without you. To say you are magic would take too much credit from your knowledge and skills, but to me you really feel like a miracle worker. Thank you, thank you!!
